Sohrab Hamrah was born in Kunduz province of Afghanistan and is an Afghan citizen. He graduated from Ame Shamal Private High School in 2013 and he has completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA), in 2017 from ATVI in Kabul. He has over six years of experience and working with NNGOs since 2010. Sohrab has worked on Agriculture, Education, Health, livestock, and emergencies projects funded by USAID, GIZ, UN-WFP, and RADAP-NORTH. Since 2010, Sohrab has been providing support to several UN-WFP, WCC, and other donor funded projects in Kabul and central provinces.
Sharifa Hamrah was born in Balkh province of Afghanistan and is an Afghan citizen. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in chemical technology, and acquired her master’s degree in the field of chemical technology in 1983 from the Tashkent polytechnic university. She has over 25 years of hands-on experience and worked with government and private sectors. In 1995, after assessing the needs of the refugees arriving in Pakistan, she decided to found FRDO NGO and help those who are need and now, she serves as a FRDO NGO's Executive Director. After she obtained her Master degree in chemical technology from Tashkent polytechnic University of Uzbekistan, Sharifa Hamrah began a career in humanitarian work since 1996. During her professional career, she has directed and implemented variety of projects with international organizations including the United Nations and foreign embassies.
Mustafa Malikzad was born in 1996 and is an Afghan citizen. He graduated from Abdul Ghafor Nadeem High School in 2013 and studied two years agriculture certification course in 2015. He has 5 years if experience in management, administration and finance and before joining FRDO, he worked as a school teacher in Asra private high school, as a hotel manager in Kabul Palace Hotel in Gurgaon of India, as an admin officer with travel expert co, and as director of Eida-e-man dress manufacturing company in Kabul. Mustafa Malikzad joined FRDO in 2018 and currently works with Female Rehabilitation and Development Organization (FRDO) as a finance officer Intern and supports the finance and program department of FRDO.
Mohammad Mansoor Wahedi was born in Balkh province of Afghanistan. He graduated from Abdul Hadi Dawi High School in 2005 and acquired his bachelor degree in business administration specialized in general management from Bakhtar University in June 2011. He has more than ten (10) years of experience in secretariat, administration, management, marketing, IT, program and project management departments and worked with private Universities, institutions, logistic companies and national NGOs as a secretary and admin coordinator, program manager, assistant director, technical writer and HR manager since 2008. He joined FRDO in 2017 and currently, he works as a program and HR manager with Female Rehabilitation and Development Organization (FRDO). During his employment career with FRDO, Mansoor has written seven funded proposals for UN-WFP and War Child Canada office and served as project manager for VST-CBT project in Bamyan, SS-CBT project in Kabul PD7 and preventing domestic violence project in PD6 of Kabul province. To add more, as human resource manager of FRDO he has recruited more than 200 project staff and , in 2018, as a program manager directed, coordinated, supported and successfully completed VST-CBT project in Kabul PD10, SS-Food distribution project in Bamyan and drought response project to affected population through cash distribution in all districts of Bamyan province in 2018 and 2019. As a commitment to FRDO, Mansoor has designed and developed FRDO website and successfully registered FRDO in UN-OCHA office for funding in 2019.
Mohammad Amin Faqirzada was born in 1956 in Kunduz province of Afghanistan. He graduated from Imam Sahib Boys High School and in 1975, after the entrance exam, he was enrolled in agriculture faculty of Kabul University and acquired his bachelor degree in the mentioned field in 1979. Mohammad Amin has over forty (40) years of experience in procurement, management, and administration departments and worked key positions such as directorate and advisor with government, private, and NGO sector in Afghanistan since 1980. Mr. Amin joined Female Rehabilitation and Development Organization in 1996 as a procurement and logistics manager and during his career with FRDO developed and implemented procurement, administration and management policies and supported projects funded by UN-WFP, UNHCR, GIZ, CIDA, Japan embassy, CHF, Canada embassy, GFFW, UN-HABITAT, ANCB, IOM, PRT, USAID, AWN, embassy of Germany, UNODC, Qatar Joint Committee, Malteser, and RADAP-North donors since 1996.
