1.2 WHO WE ARE

Female Rehabilitation and Development Organization (FRDO) is a non for profit, Nonpolitical and non-government organization (NGO) registered with Ministry of Economy in January 1995 under registration number 56. FRDO has been formally known as women based organization in Balkh and Kabul province, organization performs as a non for profit legal entity focusing to bring lasting improvements in women life with a special focus on marginalized women quality of life. Since the time of establishment FRDO implemented several projects that met women/communities needs in Northern provinces of Afghanistan. Number of projects implemented for quality improvement of women life that some most famous are; sustainable livelihood and agribusiness for women, role of women in clean environment and healthy life, leadership training and health education, intensive vocation trainings for women and men, civic education, food and cash distribution to affected population, human and legal rights awareness and elimination of violence against women, literacy, English and computer courses and animal husbandry.

When you make a donation through the Female Rehabilitation and Development Organization (FRDO) website, we do not collect personal or financial information. We provide you with banking details for FRDO, from which you can process a payment using your personal banking account.
